About The Light Program in Lansdale
We are located at the corner of North Wales Road and East Main Street in Lansdale, a few blocks from the Montgomery Mall. This location currently accepts either commercial insurance or self-pay patients.
Intensive Outpatient for Adults and Teens
We offer separate therapy groups for adults and teens. Intensive outpatient group therapy allows you to learn from your peers with guidance from trained clinicians. Treatment runs for 2 hours and 15 min each day, four days per week.
Intensive Outpatient for Adult Males
Our Lansdale location also offers a therapy group specifically for adult males. This group will benefit adult men who may be experiencing a wide range of mental health concerns including depression, anxiety, PTSD, or a history of trauma and/or abuse.
Partial Hospitalization for Teens
Our all-day program is designed for teens with a mental health diagnosis such as generalized anxiety disorder, major depressive disorder, PTSD, bipolar, or OCD. This program uses a variety of therapies to address primary mental health symptoms that may also include a secondary substance use diagnosis. A partial hospitalization program works well for adolescents who have a strong support system but are struggling to manage symptoms.
Younger Teen IOP
Our younger teen Intensive Outpatient Program is for those individuals between the ages of 12-14. A therapeutic group with similar aged peers increases the likelihood of engagement and positive treatment outcomes. The focus of this group will be to develop healthy coping strategies in order to assist with the treatment of anxiety, adjustment disorders, social skills development, and trauma. The treatment team will utilize a variety of interventions, through CBT, trauma-informed care, behavioral therapy, and expressive therapy activities in order to support the individual in developing the appropriate set of skills. The goal of our younger teen IOP is to create a safe and supportive environment to address specific issues around the unique experience of transitioning into adolescence.
