Our therapists accept most commercial insurance providers, as well as self-pay clients.

Intensive Outpatient (IOP) in Exton, PA

If you’re looking for a more structured program than weekly counseling sessions with a therapist, intensive outpatient therapy might be a good fit for you. This is a type of group therapy that runs for four days each week. Teens can also benefit from IOP, and it gives them a chance to build a peer support network.

We also offer a Men's Only IOP group, which benefits adult men who may be experiencing a wide range of mental health concerns including depression, anxiety, PTSD or trauma. This group is offered Monday-Thursday from 10:00 am - 12:15 pm, and is available both in-person and hybrid.

Adult Co-Occurring Intensive Outpatient Program

Our new co-occurring IOP is designed to address the unique needs of adults who are struggling to stabilize their mental health while exploring evidence-based substance use treatment options. Clients receive comprehensive treatment in a small group, hybrid setting to ensure personalized attention and optimum intensive, therapeutic support including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, Group Processing, Skill Building; Monday–Thursday from 10:00am–12:15pm.

Partial Hospitalization for Teens

Our PHP program for adolescents is designed for clients aged 14-18 with a primary mental health diagnosis. This may include generalized anxiety disorder, major depressive disorder, bipolar, OCD or PTSD. A variety of therapies are utilized to address primary mental health symptoms, as well as a secondary substance use diagnosis. PHP works well for teens with a strong support system who have difficulty managing their symptoms.
