About The Light Program’s Behavioral Health Services
The Light Program offers structured outpatient programs for a range of concerns. We can help you manage a mental health disorder like depression, anxiety, PTSD, schizophrenia or bipolar disorder. Our programs are also helpful for people going through difficult life events like divorce, job loss or the death of a loved one. Whatever you’re facing, our compassionate team will walk with you on your journey to healing.
Our Programming
We offer structured outpatient treatment, which is a higher level of care than the weekly therapy sessions you may be familiar with, yet it is not as intense as a residential stay. Structured outpatient provides flexible treatment options that often prevent the need for hospitalization, or help you transition out of a hospital setting.
Within outpatient treatment, we offer both intensive outpatient treatment (IOP) and partial hospitalization (PHP). Learn more about our programs and see if they could be a good fit for you:
Our Clinicians and Staff
Our team includes psychiatrists, psychologists, licensed clinical social workers and licensed professional counselors. We help you develop a unique treatment plan focused on setting and achieving goals for your mental wellness. It is possible to redevelop a healthy and happy lifestyle. Our staff helps you take the steps necessary to achieve this.
With multiple locations in southeast Pennsylvania and some weekend and evening availability, we make treatment convenient and accessible. The Light Program serves adults and adolescents and accepts most major commercial insurances.
