Outpatient mental health treatment for adults and teens

Promoting hope, change and healing

About The Light Program’s Behavioral Health Services

The Light Program offers structured outpatient programs for a range of concerns. We can help you manage a mental health disorder like depression, anxiety, PTSD, schizophrenia, or bipolar disorder. Our programs are also helpful for people going through difficult life events like divorce, job loss, or the death of a loved one. Whatever you’re facing, our compassionate team will walk with you on your journey to healing.

Our Programming

We offer structured outpatient treatment. This is a higher level of care than the weekly therapy sessions you may be familiar with, yet it is not as disruptive as an inpatient stay. Structured outpatient provides flexible treatment options that often prevent the need for hospitalization, or help you transition out of a hospital setting.

We offer intensive outpatient treatment (IOP) and partial hospitalization (PHP). Learn more about our programs and see if they could be a good fit for you:
