About The Light Program’s Behavioral Health Services
The Light Program offers structured residential and outpatient programs for a range of concerns. We can help you manage a mental health disorder like depression, anxiety, PTSD, schizophrenia or bipolar disorder. Our programs are also helpful for people going through difficult life events like divorce, job loss, or the death of a loved one. Whatever you’re facing, our compassionate team will walk with you on your journey to healing.
We offer structured residential and outpatient treatment. Our residential program will benefit adult women who need help stabilizing symptoms, and developing a treatment plan for managing life as it unfolds. Outpatient treatment is a higher level of care than the weekly therapy sessions you may be familiar with, yet it is not as intense as a residential stay. Structured outpatient provides flexible treatment options that often prevent the need for hospitalization, or help you transition out of a hospital setting.
Within outpatient treatment, we offer both intensive outpatient treatment (IOP) and partial hospitalization (PHP). Learn more about our programs and see if they could be a good fit for you:
